There was a huge problem. I left the hotel in the morning and when I returned that evening I learned my room contents had been packed up and moved to the lobby. After much haggling, about the fact that the hotel had me listed for one night when I had paid in advance for 2 nights, ******* confirmed payment for 2 nights. Until that point, the situation was a total mess!

Didn't know that valet parking was the only option for hotel parking as there is no hotel parking lot on site. Alternative was the road, so valet was the best option. Service was good and cheaper then some of the event parking in the area. Was very confusing when trying to get to the valet parking as the area is very small and just cars just parked wherever.

They did not clean our room and did not leave any towels. The complimentary cocktail was not able to use it coz it’s only available from 5-6.

It was a really nice, clean hotel. The only issue was the valet which seemed to be understaffed.
