Incredibly beautiful and quiet hotel in Erlangen. The castle room is the absolute paradise for children and the roof terrace is a real highlight! The room and bath were really clean without a snack! The staff is very premature, friendly and always and everywhere accessible. The breakfast buffet was really recommendable. Fresh bread, great bread and a always beautiful and freshly filled out of sauce and cheese. Marmelades, honey, juices and various yoghurts were also offered. Coffee, tea and cocoa were perfectly and quickly provided by the staff at the table. The hygiene concept that is visible to the guest has really convinced us! We will come back anyway! We had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, had all the amenities we needed for our 4 night stay, the little kitchen was so useful! We easily rented bikes and enjoyed using them for little adventures around Erlangen and Nuremburg. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming and the virtual check in and out made the whole process super easy, even after hours. It’s is located right in the heart of the city and we enjoyed many delicious meals and drinks, just a short walk from the hotel Would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed 5 nights at the Quality Hotel in Erlangen, and it was very pleasant time. The room #206 was very clean, good shower and with a comfortable bed. Yes, the location is not in the centre of Erlangen, but I have enjoyed the 10 to 15 minutes’ walk into the town centre. The breakfast buffet has a nice selection of fresh items, and I enjoyed to try every morning something different. The staff is polite and helpful and give you advise where to eat out etc. If you want to eat delicious local food e.g. ”Schäuferle” (rost pork shoulder on the bone), then only a 5 minutes’ walk away is the “Gasthaus Spezerei”, or the “Fish Kitchen Nützel” and little but further out the local brewery “Steinbräu”.

For those who booked for a friend, the location is more suitable for people who drive, just at the high-speed exit. There are big supermarkets around. The decoration of the hotel is very new and the price is also very suitable. It is really cost-effective in the expensive Erlangen.

Geräumige Zimmer, gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Die vorab Reservierung einer von zwei E Ladesäule war wirklich 1A! Leider war es im Frühstücksraum sehr kalt und ein Baby (＜1 Jahr) Beistellbett für eine Nacht sollte 25€ kosten. So ein Bett kostet neu teilweise 30€. Hier wären 10€ ein faires und kinderfreundliches Entgegenkommen. Apropos Kinderfreundlichkeit das Personal war super Kinderfreundlich und sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Danke dafür.

The room and bathroom were very clean - the cleanest hostel I’ve been stayed in Europe! They also do decent breakfasts for a low price. Secure lockers. Staff were very helpful. Good location to explore Nuremberg. I can’t recommend this hostel enough. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The hotel is fairly new and near the train station(both u bahn and regular trains). It is also near the old city where there are many dining options. Nothing really there to complain about.

The room is very spacious and bright, the surrounding is quiet, the price is right, there is a local train station next to it, it is easy to find a taxi next to the train station. There is a small restaurant called Pizza in 3 minutes. His fried noodles are more suitable for Chinese tastes. It is very convenient to travel or travel here.

We only booked this hotel as we were away on business and attending Biofach at the exhibition centre nearby. Of course prices went through the roof as an exhibition was on, my company £364 for a basic twin room per night / for 3 nights - over £1000 in total! When I arrived, yes the room was clean but I was suprised at how basic it was for the price, plus the fact it looked nothing like the pictures on trip advisor. I also looked on booking.com to see there was rooms available for that night for less than half of what we paid. I went down to reception and asked if there was any other rooms available as I felt our room was very poor quality for the price, and we overpaid compared to the current price for available rooms. I’ve never seen someone at reception seem to offended at such a standard question. She asked me ‘what my point was’, and insisted there were no rooms available except those that hadn’t been renovated. Answering my question if an available better room was available seemed impossible and she said I should speak to the manager the next day. However there was a very helpful woman who checked me in. Before I even got round to speaking to a manager the next day we decided to go the gym. Of course the gym isn’t signposted anywhere in the hotel, why would a key facility be? I asked the woman at the desk (who was on her mobile phone) where it was and she pointed ahead of her and said the door on the left after the glass door. There were 3 doors, of course none said gym on and they all looked the same. I picked one and ended up in the stock room. I went back and asked her to confirm again but she just pointed again as it must have been too much effort to walk round from the desk and show me. Of course I eventually found it, no air con, music or lights but not suprised. When we first arrived the lady at reception recommended booking for the restaurant as it gets busy, we didn’t book that night and we were asked by the waiter if we had a reservation but luckily there was space. We decided the next day to request a booking to which the response was ‘you don’t need to book there’s lots of rooms’, to which I confirmed what the waiter had said and so she reluctantly wrote my room number down on a piece of paper. I never even complain, especially when away on business, but only 1 night in I felt I needed to The plus side is the food is good, and the location is 10 minutes from the exhibition, shame it was taken over from the Hilton and the customer service is beyond poor.
