Outstanding stay…. The host and hostess were amiable, informative and expedient… lovely sea view….. cute balcony with an outstanding view of the sea and partial town/ surroundings…..
The only drawback would be parking adjacent but you can find it on the streets….
Short walk to town center/ port( about 1.2 mile… excellent restaurants….
I will stay again and recommend highly

Lovely view from somewhat spartan quarters. Enjoyed the hostess, pressed sheets and hot shower. An excellent value for our short stay.

belle chambre avec climatisation, sdb correcte, ménage tres bien fait, la propriétaire est tres disponible, aidante et toujours prete a donner des conseils; Accès sécurisé, à deux pas de très bon restaurants? Superbe terrasse pour bains de soleil Je le conseille,J y reviendrai

Nous avons été alléché par la belle photo avec vue sur mer sauf que nous on a eu droit a un bâtiment tout démoli juste devant notre balcon .petit balcon pouvant recevoir max 2 personnes assises avec genoux qui sont collés . Bruits insupportables dès que quelqu un prend une douche ou ouvre une porte .Ça c est pour les portes exterieures a l appartement ds le couloir ; quand à la porte de la salle de bain bruit monstre au niveau des charnières ( quand j ai demandé de l huile w40 pour graisser on m a envoyé balader ) mais cette même porte de salle de bain avez aussi un autre problème : elle frottait au sol et sur la baignoire . Appartement vieillot ,literie de mathuzalem. Pour être honnête il faut aussi dire le positif emplacement de l hôtel bien avec la mer de Nicolaë juste en bas de l immeuble en pleine ville . Au dernier étage possibilité de s asseoir avec vue sur mer sublime mais sans ombre. Kitchenette bien pratique et menage correct . Attention 1 torchon et serviettes changées 2 fois par semaine ou tous les 3 j . Accueil correct par Dina . En résumé hotel vieillot mais bien placé.

The old lady managing the property is very sweet and kind. The property is also well managed, it may not look too good from the outside but the rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished. Absolutely no complaints at the price point, highly recommended and will definitely return if I visit Syros again!

Camera piccola 1 solo comodino, armadio apribile solo a metà. Bagno con lavabo piccolissimo, impossibile lavarsi i denti, vasca con tenda per doccia .

This place is charming, it's an old and beautiful home, in a prime location overlooking the sea. The owners are really sweet and welcoming. The room is basic, all you need as who stays in a room when you're on Syros anyway. The AC works well and it's nice to have your own little area with a fridge and for making coffee. And the view from the roof terrace is stunning.
