"The hotel is situated on a hillside offering nice views on the Aegean Sea. The room was spacious, but not clean. We found dirt upon arrival mostly in the kitchen. The decoration consisted of different aesthetically pieces of furniture thus not nicely decorated. The dining chairs were dirty. The tab water is not drinkable we were told upon arrival. The washbasin and the shower were rusty. At times there was an odor coming from the bathroom. WiFi didn't work in the room, only at the porch but still was really slow. The breakfast wasn't consisted of what someone would expect from a 4 star hotel (the hotel is 4 keys, we were informed, not 4 stars). It was placed on a tray by the lady at the pool bar and we took it at our tables. It seems that the cleaning of the room towels takes place inside the hotel. Overall, it was a GREAT disappointment."

"Very happy with the choice of this hotel. It is in the best location of Syros just a minute walk from the ferry and right in the heart of the city center. Everything is within walking distance. There are about 5 rooms out of which 2 have the pool. The hosts Nico and team were very friendly, helpful and caring. Gave a personalized experience and helped with everything including arranging the guide. The temperature was a bit cold, so would have been nice if the outdoor Jacuzzi had hot water. Breakfast is delivered to the room so inform the hosts prior in case of any special requests. Overall had a wonderful experience and would surely recommend this place for anyone considering it!"

"The hotel is ok and no real complaints. Everything worked. It's not fancy and the breakfast is simple. I beleive I had toast and coffee which is what I normally have at home anyways. I gave it a 4 because to the staff. The young lady with the brown hair and glasses was a gem. The young blonde was wonderful also. The young lady ended up booking a tour for us on the island. It was amazing and she made our stay that much more pleasant. Be warned however that there is nothing significant in the area to go and eat. You probably will need to cab somewhere. Exoticca booked this for us. Which means it's probably one of the cheapest places you can find on the island"

"We arrived at the aegenball festival. We stayed at the hotel for a week. The hotel is beautiful, tidy and renovated. It is near to the port and the city center. They provide a delicious breakfast, varied and plentiful. The room is clean, beautiful, with a view of the sea.The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Miltiades. If we come to Syros again, we will only stay at this hotel. I recommend to everyone."

The owner with his longtime experience in 5 star hotels has put all the quality and extreme care to every detail. His passionate professional love was to give back to his homeland a "jewel" which I feel very lucky to visit and stay for some days! I mustn’t forget the cultural background of Ermoupolis city (the Queen Of Cyclades besides a Regional center) full of events and places to visit while there!
