Beautiful property in an interesting and quiet location, 5 minutes from Hermoupolis. From the rooms you can admire wonderful sunrises. Some furnishings would need to be replaced/arranged.

Pleasant stay, very kind and efficient staff when we needed them. The only downside was that the shower cubicles were a little small in some rooms but they did what was necessary to provide us with another room with a larger cubicle. The pool beanbags were very dirty and you didn't want to lie down on them, something that could be improved.

The hotel is situated on a hillside offering nice views on the Aegean Sea. The room was spacious, but not clean. We found dirt upon arrival mostly in the kitchen. The decoration consisted of different aesthetically pieces of furniture thus not nicely decorated. The dining chairs were dirty. The tab water is not drinkable we were told upon arrival. The washbasin and the shower were rusty. At times there was an odor coming from the bathroom. WiFi didn't work in the room, only at the porch but still was really slow. The breakfast wasn't consisted of what someone would expect from a 4 star hotel (the hotel is 4 keys, we were informed, not 4 stars). It was placed on a tray by the lady at the pool bar and we took it at our tables. It seems that the cleaning of the room towels takes place inside the hotel. Overall, it was a GREAT disappointment.

We had a huge Residence for our stay after an issue arose with our original suite. The huge beautiful pool is at the Center of all activities, a hearty breakfast is served poolside every morning, and is open until sunset. Full kitchen, dining table, two bathrooms, living room with big tv really enough room for a big family. Staff we’re super helpful with a list of “must visit” spots during our stay and they were right on. The beach’s here are like the Caribbean.

We were blown away by our villa at Sunrise Beach Suites! The hosts were extremely pleasant and the scenery could not have been more perfect! I would definitely stay again.

Amazing hotel with stunning views. Spotlessly clean and really helpful staff. Breakfast also of really good quality. Would highly recommend Sunrise Suites and would only stay here next time I'm in Syros.................. Tip: Room C1.

At first I had doubts about my choice but fortunately I was disproved. The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious and clean, the view is excellent and the pool is unique. The general feeling is that it is in your cottage. tip- means of transport is definitely required.
