Great property will amenities that befit a luxury hotel. Room service needs improvement. Prayer room should be Universal. Currently the prayer room caters to a certain community exclusively.

Everything was perfect about the property .food was outstanding ( Malabar dinner buffet was unmatched). Cheif chef jishu was amajing and kind enough to explain each and every thing n he is master in his art n craft.i will again go there only for the food it’s that good. Only flop show was the pool slide for kid which is practically of no use. So this could be a turn off for kid , other than that no complaints at all .

Visited Colony Clubhouse and Grill today for Mother’s Day brunch. The spread was really nice. The service was nothing spectacular. Magician Anas did a really entertaining show for us at the table. The best dish I had was the grilled fish and oysters.

We have been experiencing their hospitality since last 5 years. Overwhelmed by their warm hospitality and impeccable service. Our staycations and dining experience were very comfortable and enjoyable. Swathy and Ayana from guest relations made our stay more comfortable. Inali was very smart and active lady who helped us by all means . Nazrul, from Grand Lounge always welcomed us by his great smile and service. All these familiar faces which makes us come back here again and again…. Thank you for all memorable experience.

We stayed in grand hyatt kochi bolgatty as a family for one day and the experience was awesome. Absolutely loved the room with backwater view and all the amenities provided. We get what we pay for. We had opted the breakfast option and that was also the best food which we get in kochi. Breakfast buffet had all varieties of food and there was live counters too. Staff was very courteous and friendly. I would suggest this property to anyone who is looking for a get away and have an amazing stay.
