We were made to feel so welcome when we arrived by Jessy, confirming that we had made the right decision. Cherai Beach Residency offers a complimentary breakfast, there is choice, their omlettes are fantastic. You can have this in your room, pool area, rooftop restaurant, just ask. The same goes for the whole day if you want anything, even dinners they will provide and bring to you in no time. The staff are attentive, beach towels are available and they will ensure you are comfortable, with parasol and the position of your sun bed, be it round the pool or on the beach. The rooms are cleaned daily. Their air conditioning is the quietest we've ever known, so you can enjoy the sound of the waves. The beautuful infinity pool is perfect to relax near or just swim, this we found a real bonus. The surroundings of the garden are full of trees, flowers, butterflies, etc If you need any help, at all, taxi. massage, just ask. Jessy and Poly will help to arrange or advise, no problem. The beach is peaceful and the sea is great to swim in, or just relax on a sun bed. There are restaurants, shops, tuktuks, stalls etc within easy walking distance. Many of their customers come back to stay, my husband and I now completely understand why. It has the magic to make you relax, in a peaceful beautiful environment. Book it, you will not be disappointed."

The plunge pool villa was beautiful, private, and extremely relaxing, while the heritage suite offered a breathtaking 180-degree view of Kochi, the harbour, and the port — we could even spot dolphins from the balcony, which made the experience truly special. We were helped by Shubhangee who made sure we had no issues throughout. Elizabeth the guest relationship manager was exceptional in helping us throughout to make this memorable. The hospitality throughout our stay was impeccable. We were warmly welcomed with a traditional dance performance that immediately gave us a sense of the local culture and charm. The lunch featuring authentic local cuisine was exceptionally refined and full of flavour. The sunset cruise ***** with the island tour was another highlight of the trip and added beautifully to the overall experience. From the stay and activities to the food and service quality, everything was thoughtfully curated and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious yet culturally rich experience in Kochi."

"It’s a great location and wonderful staff and service. Breakfast is too good and perfect spread. The only grievance I have is the sleep quality. These tiny mosquitoes somehow find a way inside. Don’t know if that tiny and scary balcony is required at all. You have a door which opens but a board saying “ No access “ . Just don’t get the logic. Seal that door to prevent mosquito."

"Great new hotel close to Cochin airport which ticked all the boxes for us. Fantastic staff, great restaurant, tasty food, helpful service, free airport shuttle and modern rooms. Stayed 4 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Excellent Wi-Fi, well appointed rooms - had a 2 bedroom suite with living area & separate bathrooms. Room service prompt, fruit & cookies were available upon arrival. Breakfast buffet with additional made to order items were all tasty and done to a high standard. Fresh fruit and juices were tried with no hygiene concerns. A Christmas Eve lunch gathering for ~20 people went without hitch with a tasty buffet provided in the hotel’s stylish restaurant. Worth having the Uber app to arrange trips to city centre locations at reasonable cost. Staff were super helpful and made our stay and last few days in Kerala a pleasant & memorable experience. Would recommend!!"
