The check in process was not professional, i am a mmtblack coustomer, eligible for upgrade subject to availability. In this case they refused to upgrade citing that only suites are available for upgrade since my booking was for deluxe room.

Don't expect five star level experience even though it's five star classified. Overall stay was nice, breakfast buffet was good, bed and bathrooms were clean. A. C was not working properly, except this everything was good. Not a five star more like a 4 or 3 star.

Room and breakfast is very good. House keeping is good. In room service, response from desk is very poor. More than half of the items in the menu card is not available. Nor is it worth the money. Internet does not work. Good location. Very nice rooftop restaurant
