Very pathetic rooms. Don’t go with the pictures. It’s really a very bad experience for me. Room was very small and smelly. There was lots of noise in the night

Booked the room, showed all basic facilities are avilable, the front office female staff was quite rude in communication during the stay, no warmth offer to one as a paying customer. Poor customer service as well. Dirty rooms and bath rooms, not maintained well. Very bad experience. Bed bugs and cockroach are hide in bedrooms and bathrooms.

Car parking fecility bad..not even a security. The front office is often un***ned. There is no one to take you to the room at the gust check in time and tell you about the things in the room. The water in the room has a bad smell and taste.. Sometimes a cockroach comes from behind the v. The telephone in the room is not working. The room has A.C remote. I don't know if it is work. After going outside, there was less space to park the car. It was a bit difficult. frount officeil staff did not consider.. there is no kettle to heat water in the room..

Rooms were spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained" "the hotel's cleanliness surpassed my expectations" comfortable accommodations: "beds were exceptionally comfortable"
the rooms are nicely done and very comfortable to stay in. The sleep quality was excellent. I did not try the food but the restaurant looked quite nice and if i had to guess, i would say the food would match. Everything about the hotel was worth the price tag.

I got room is not good, full dainty room bathroom is bad semll i report to hotel people not respond next day change the room but same problem in the that room also i have a bad experience. My money and time is losses

I was staying here for the first time. Rooms were extremely neat and clean. Necessary equipments were provided and the staff behaviour was also very nice. The location is very near to ernakulam junction railway station and ernakulam south metro station. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
