We used to stay here regularly. It's a beautiful property. But our recent stay was very much below par. The property is in need of a thorough renovation. They are charging standard 3 star rates . But even basic amenities like sufficient toiletries or a coffee maker with sufficient supplies are not provided. Cleanliness standards are also deteriorating. We used to love the stay here . Hope this property will regain its earlier charm .

BTH Sarovaram is a well designed property but the rooms need urgent upgradation. The room though big enough, was cramped because of the unncessarily large bed. The cupboard needs to be provided with at east 4/5 hangers, The A/C unit needs a proper controller. The entrance door and the toilet door should be easy to open. The toilet needs total revamp. It is too cramped and the closet needs replacement. Lighting has to be good. The food is excellent though it is vegetarian only. The staff very courteous. Location is convenient.

Very happy to mention that all the arrangements for the above were excellent and the hospitality of the staff were worth mentioning. The rooms were very good and all the guests were extremely happy about the rooms . We had around 75 guests .All praised that it looked like five star hotel. Food was also excellent . The complementary breakfast was extremely nice. The ***ager in charge Mr. Rahul R Pillai was very cooperative and we are extremely happy about his hospitality. Mr. Unni who was in charge at the reception was very loyal and friendly. .

Hi, My name is Lakshmi. I would recommend you to contact Rahul for organizing your informal Meetups as he had twice organized such a buffet based meet-ups for me, once for my friends in the month of April and one for the business family meetup on June 10. The place was all well set, neat and they served all the guests in pleasent faces. In short, we all got a private space together in the coffee shop for our celebration with the perfect ambience.

We conducted our engagement ceremony at BTH Sarovaram. Everyone greatly appreciated the ambience, food, service and overall look and feel of the venue to a great extent. The proximity of the location is also a big advantage to people travelling from different parts of the State to Kochi. Would highly recommend the venue for any engagement or marriage ceremony.

Excellent facility with good ambience. The stay was very comfortable. The marriage function have gone very well. The vegetarian food quality was excellent. The entire staff were very cordial. BTH sarovaram is the best place for all family functions.

Went for lunch expecting a good veg food. The food was just average but the rate was too high compared to other vegetarian hotels. We had to wait like half hours before we got a seat. Also have to mention the bad attitude of the hotel staff. I would never like to visit your hotel again, also won't recommend anyone to do so.

My daughter's marriage function was conducted on 31st instant at this hotel- Nandanam hall. planned in advance with Mr. Rahul of Sarovaram. Good ambiance,Good food, Good supporting staff,Good parking space etc. In fact my daughter's engagement was also done at the same location. This is the second time we took the same hall. sufficient space to follow the covid protocol.Also this location is photogenic. thanks to all staff for their excellent support. Regards. BTH Sarovaram is really the best place anyone can depend on for functions and stay. The ambience and the beauty of this place is really commendable. A place like this near a National Highway is rare and hard to get. Our marriage function was conducted at the hall and Mr. Rahul Pillai helped ***age everything at the venue. From food to decoration everything was very simple with his help. He had solution for every problem we faced and was there for everything. The rooms were cozy. Some of us spent the whole day at the hotel rooms and the service and rooms were very satisfactory. About THE SADHYA at BTH Sarovaram, without doubt it is one of the best i've ever had in years. I would go for this venue for my next event for sure.
