Treebo Trend Time Square Marine Drive

Positives: Staff - if there is anything 10/10 at this particular treebo, it has to be the Staff. They were all excellent. Syam, Velma, Joel, Shaiju and Karan were all fantastic. Warm, welcoming and always ready to help however they could. Found us information on local transport and events etc. Location - Hotel is pretty well placed, and it is easy to travel to most places you might be interested in throughout the local area. With a supermarket a couple of minute walk away and near MG road where the metro runs. Negatives: Bedsheets - Not the cleanest and generally stained, these could be improved. Curtains - they do not block out any light at all, so the sun really comes into the room and wakes you up if you're trying to sleep longer. These could be changed. Beds - the beds were a struggle, first room we stayed in, the beds were very creaky and sounded like it might break. In the second room, the mattress was very worn out, sitting on it, you could feel it bottom out and feel the wood of the bed. For a lighter person this may not be an issue, but the mattresses could be changed. Overall: I still had a positive experience overall and would recommend it to people, especially given how nice and welcoming the staff were here.

The bathroom had a hole in the wall open to the outside and was not clean or safe. One bath towel and one hand towel for the two of us. The room was tiny, did not seem to match the pictures. Breakfast was cold though we were there at the appropriate time. Staff tried hard but there were constant language issues even with Hindi and English. We left with several nights already paid for because we just couldn’t stay in that environment. Do not recommend!

Their hospitality, services, advises, price everything were good and pleasant. The check-in and check-out time adjustment was good they didn't get extra money for late check out. They have good room service employees who are good at technically. Totally I enjoy as a relative hospitality.

Easy check-in & check-out, quiet locality & courteous staff Staff extended check out time till 4pm Bed sheets, Towels could have been more cleaner No Sports/English/Hindi channels on TV. Seperate soap had to be asked, only prefilled liquid dispenser was provided.

3 night solo stay. Hotel was convient from both the ferry station and the railway station. Staff were all helpful and polite. Nice big room, AC worked well and big comfortable bed. Cleansiness was satisfactory, though I don't think the inside of the fridge has ever been cleaned! Hot shower worked ok. Breakfast consisted of bread omelette and tea/coffee. Overall a comfortable stay in a good location.

I booked the room for my sister, she loved the stay,the staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean and neat. Easily accessible to all place, near to railway station, m g road. She was very happy in her stay.

Good place in main city area with good parking facility.nice staff behaviour.lift available.restuarant was closed while we visited.but arrangements done from outside.clean toilets.breakfast with good options. Definitely will visit again.

This is my second time stay in this hotel. I admire the service in this hotel. Reliable and friendly staffs. The deluxe room had all basic amenities which was really good for family stay. Moreover, the location is too good. I prefer to stay again and will refer this hotel to my friends and family.

Decent hotel with reasonable facilities. Room and facilities are ok for the price. Staff was supportive and friendly. Breakfast needs to be improved. Location is excellent and easily accessible. Overall, ok as a budget hotel
