第一天入住就讓我們退單，還説系統問題，明明有房間，嫌我們網上訂的價格低，讓我們申請退款，我們不退後照樣有房間給我們住。還有退房時東西落在他們的酒店，僅僅一個電話就能解決，卻讓客人第二天取，我們都到酒店去找了都還讓我們等，態度真是不怎麼樣。
