"Amazing view of the lake with huge floor to ceiling window. very clean and comfortable room with good atmosphere. Walking distance to the hot springs park. Staff was very warm, welcoming, and helpful. Offered us toast with our coffee and helped us communicate with a hualala driver. Common area had very cozy comfy vibe. My girlfriend liked the smell of the shower gel and the very puffy pillows, she also liked how the room lighting was compimenting to the interior 'her eyes get sore with harsh strong lighting'. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we highly recommend it."

Environment: Every corner of the courtyard is thoughtfully designed; on a sunny day, every corner is incredibly photogenic!!! We stayed one night in the indoor hot spring and one night in the balcony hot spring, both were very relaxing! Service: The receptionist was incredibly attentive and helpful, always available when needed, very considerate of guests, polite and diligent! Family-Friendly: Most importantly! You can use the kitchen to cook for your children. Even the kitchen was exceptionally clean, so please remember to keep it clean as well. There are also children's play facilities in the courtyard, with swings and rocking horses – it's a slower pace of life than Dali, I loved it! It truly feels like a treasure trove of a courtyard filled with beauty and kindness~"
