Before coming to Fengyu, I had to the open-air cultural and creative museum on the entire Fengyu land - Guliyuan sky rice fields, egrets, Dagukou ancient villages... I like it very much. This National Day came to the second brush of Fengyu, just in time for the retreat hall to be open to the public, so I booked the cheapest no-show building to stay. When we checked in, the Bai aunt asked us what time to eat dinner? I thought I had to pay for the order, but the aunt said: ”You come here to stay for breakfast and dinner, we help you to add dishes according to the head, otherwise it is not convenient for you to go out to find food in this village!” Why are the homestays so considerate now? The rice at dinner was very delicious, crispy and fragrant. It was the best white rice I had eaten in Dali for a few days! Auntie said that this is Fengyu No. 4 white rice, but unfortunately it is not the season now, and there is no harvest yet, otherwise you can bring some back [smiling] [smiling] [smiling]

It overlooks most of the landscape of the village (Fotang Village). The living is very comfortable. The hotel owner is a local Bai nationality and is hospitable. In the morning, the boss’s backyard farm is milking milk and eggs for breakfast. We caught up with the Lantern Festival, and the proprietress also sent dumplings. In addition, the village Bai style is rich, it is worth slowly appreciating.
