The whole hotel personel was very friendly and supportive. The rooms and bath was very clean. Everyone was keen on using mask and social distance. The breakfast was given per person with a good choice of turkish breakfast.

It was an amazing experience! The service from start of our stay to finish was great. Room was clean and breakfast great. Parking available and included. In the heart of the city and very safe and good area.

Şehrin tam merkezinde, temiz, bakımlı bir otel. Çalışanlar çok ilgili. Kayak için geldiyseniz ve aracınız yoksa, Ercan dağına giden minibüsler 5 dakika mesafedeki garajdan kalkıyor. Kahvaltısı oldukça doyurucu. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

I stayed at Eriza for 3 nights, it served my purpose well. The room was clean and the service worked well. The reception does not speak English, but they try to be helpful using Google translate on their mobile. The parking outside is not exclusive, but the hotel staff tries to help and I did got a spot without much problem every day.
