The Simay Hotel is highly recommended for its friendly staff, clean rooms, and modest yet hearty breakfast. Local products are also displayed and sold at the hotel, including Erzincan tulum cheese and honey. Its location in the city center is also a plus."

"Spacious room with everything you need, but with signs of wear We stayed at this hotel and were generally pleased: ✔ Large and comfortable room - plenty of space, everything for a comfortable stay ✔ Good equipment - the air conditioner worked great, Wi-Fi worked well, its own kitchen and washing machine were very helpful, the TV has YouTube. ✔ Cleanliness - the room was cleaned, the bed linen was fresh and nice ✔ Amenities - the presence of an elevator was pleasing, the staff was polite However, there are also downsides: ✖ Condition of the room - the walls are worn in places, there are chips and patches here and there ✖ Furniture - there are scratched surfaces, small and large breakages ✖ Towels - clean, but there was a hole in one An excellent budget option for those who want to have everything they need for a reasonable price. If you close your eyes to the minor flaws (the room has clearly seen a lot of guests), then for a stay of a couple of nights it is a more than worthy choice."

"This was my second time at this hotel, this time I stayed in an apartment on the upper floor. There was a problem with the door lock of the room I booked, it wouldn't lock. We called the person working at the reception and requested another room. Our request was granted. We stayed in a nicer, more spacious room. We stayed for 1 night. We were satisfied.. There are deficiencies in bathroom products, but the apartment generally meets the needs. If you are staying in Erzincan for a long time and want a home environment, I recommend the apartments."
