埃爾津詹最好的酒店，那個城市很小，酒店大部分人不會説英語，包括前台，最好去的時候和朋友提前約好，酒店對面有一個不錯的披薩店

Nous n’avons pas passé un bon séjour car la climatisation était en panne et il faisait très chaud ce soir-là. Le réceptionniste nous a assuré que ce serait réparé dans l’heure qui suivait notre arrivée, ce qui n’a pas été le cas. Nous n’avons pas bien dormi. C’est dommage car l’hôtel est tout a fait correct et le petit déjeuner est très bien.

Erzincan'a ilk gidişimdi. Arkadaşlarımızla beraber kaldık. Onlar daha evvel yıllarca oteli denemişler. Simay hotel güler yüzlü personeli, temiz odaları, mütevazi ama sıcacık kahvaltısı ile herkese tavsiye edilir. Ayrıca yöresel ürünler otelde de sergileniyor ve satışa sunuluyor. Erzincan tulum peyniri, bal gibi. Şehrin merkezinde olması da ayrıca güzel bir özellik.

Doğu Anadolu gezimizin son durağında kaldığımız bu otelde sıcaktan bayıldık. Klima gürültü yapıyor ama çalışmıyor. Minibarda su şişeleri hamam suyu. sıcaklığında. yani o da çalışmıyor.En kötüsü de bir odaya sadece bir anahtar veriyorlar .Eşim ve ben ayrı ayrı odaya gidip gelemiyoruz. İkinci anahtar istediğimde "Kurallar böyle veremeyiz. odayı açtırmak istiyorsanız resepsiyona gidin. Onlar size kapıyı açarlar" dendi. Eşim benden erken odaya gidince, duşta olduğu için içeri giremedim. Duştan çıkmasını beklemek zorunda kaldım. Aşağı inip resepsiyondan bir görevliyi bulup kapıyı açtırmak meşakkatli geldi. Böyle saçma kural mı olur? Odadaki kişi sayısı kadar anahtar olmalı. Kişi sayısına göre ücret alıyorlar. Otelin tek olumlu yanı çalışanlarıydı. Her biri ellerinden geldiğince yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor. ama onların bu çabaları saçma sapan kurallar ve çalışmayan aletler yüzünden güme gidiyor.

Çarşaflar değiştirilmemiş gibiydi. Havlular yıpranmış, sert, morarmıştı. Oda tam temizlenmemişti. Kahvaltı salonunun zemini yapış yapıştı. Çay bardakları kirliydi. Kahvaltı sunumu özensiz, içeriği 4 yıldızı hak e**iyordu. Personele müşteri memnuniyeti eğitimi verilmeli

Kesinlikle 4 yıldızlı değil. Yemekler vasat. Restoranda çatı kapalıyken bile sigara içilmesine izin veriliyor. Çayı kağıt bardakta veriyorlar. Odadaki havlular o kadar eski ki iplikleri dökülüyor. Duş başlığı yok, tepeden su akıyor

The hotel is walking distance from Erzincan train station - it is located in the heart of the city. The room was really spacious, so was the bathroom. I had two beds in my room, wifi was working good as well. Breakfast was delicious. The girl at the reception was super friendly and always ready to help.
