Almanyadan gelen akrabalarımla 6-7 eylül tarihleri arasında erzincan hilton garden de konaklamak için skyscanner üzerinden trip.com dan rezervasyon yaptık. 4 kişi kahvaltı dahil sabah kahvaltıdan sonra bir personel oda numaramızı sordu ve kahvaltı dahil olmadığını söyledi misafirlerimizin yanında siteden gelen maili gösterdik KUSURA BAKMAYIN dediler yanlışlık oldu . ara sıra böle şeyler olabiliyor falan bir özür bile dilemediler misafirlerimizin yanında rezil olduk ücretini odediğimiz halde bütün personelden şikayetçiyiz... İİzmir Ankara konya hemen hemen bütün hiltonlarda kaldım böyle rezalet görmedim ERZİNCAN HİLTON PERSONEL REZALET

Das ist das beste Hotel in Erzincan. Die Zimmer, das Essen, das Reinigen ist super qualitativ. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer schnell und hilfsbereit, immer an ihren Arbeitsplatz zeitgerecht, keine Verspaetungen. das Friehstueck ist immer zur Zeit fertig und es gibt viel Personal. Ich gebe diesmal 4 Sterne, da es im Zimmer sehr heiss war. Die Klimaanlage erzeugte nur heisse Luft, kein erkaeltendes Mode.

when I booked the hotel I requested a non-smoking room on a higher floor with a nice view, but i got the smelliest of cigarettes, and room with a view on the yard with garbage cans,. I complained about the smell of cigarettes, to which they gave me a room also on the first floor
