¡Todo genial! Un 10 para la señora de recepción y para el chico del bar de la piscina. Mejoraría la oferta vegana para desayunar en el buffet. Repetiremos!

Absolut kein Erholungsurlaub, man kann quasi nicht schlafen. Die eine Hotelseite geht zum unfassbar lauten Abendprogramm (Poolseite), man versteht sein eigenes Wort nicht. Die anderen Zimmer werden ab 00:30 durch LKW-Anlieferungen (die ganze Nacht hindurch) belästigt, ab 4:00 kommt die Müllabfuhr direkt unter den Balkonen, an Schlaf ist nicht zu denken! Die Zimmer sind nur wenig sauber, das Personal (außer im Speisesaal) grummelig und kaum in der Lage englisch zu sprechen... Der Handtuchservice wird gerne mal 2 Stunden vor Feierabend eingestellt, an den Bars muss man Glück haben, um bedient zu werden.

É a 2a vez que fico neste hotel e seguramente espero voltar. Staff excepcional desde a equipa de limpeza, barmans, pessoal do restaurante e recepção. Muito simpáticos e sempre prontos para esclarecer qualquer dúvida que haja. A comida é também muito muito boa, desde o pequeno almoço até ao jantar. Um reparo: o bar da piscina deveria ter fruta disponível durante o dia pq a oferta é pouco saudável. Excelente para familias com crianças e com uma óptima localização.

Fantastic service, excellent facilities & staff very welcoming & helpful! Our stay was everything that we wanted, ie. very relaxing and in a lovely location. Upon arrival at reception we were made to feel very welcome by Jose and the team. Our room was on the 4th floor of the main block with a fabulous view overlooking the sea so we got to experience some beautiful sunsets. The room was cleaned to a high standard every day by our lovely cleaner who had no issue coming back later if she was a bit too early for us. Raquel, the waiting & kitchen team worked incredibly hard to manage the restaurant. The food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) was excellent with multiple choices of freshly prepared dishes available for each sitting. The pool bar team (Leticia, Pedro & Manuel), were great fun & remembered our drinks, as well as teaching us Spanish. The entertainment team worked really hard but respected if you wanted to just chill out by the pool. We used the cycle hire to get about which was great for just €10 deposit. We managed a few walks either way along the beach using the local bus service (cash only) to get back to the hotel as it stopped right outside. All in all, this hotel is in a great location if you want peace & quiet & the staff work really hard to ensure you have a great stay - would return again & would recommend to others…

Hotel situato sulla bellissima Playa de Migjorn luogo ideale se siete alla ricerca di relax e lunghe passeggiate ma situato a pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più famose dell’isola , camera pulita, dotata di ogni confort , la cucina propone ogni giorno grande varietà di cibo e bevande di ottima qualità . Vorrei ringraziare tutto il personale di questo Hotel che con la loro gentilezza e i loro sorrisi hanno reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. In particolare Fanni per la sua disponibilità , l’animazione di Francorosso Carmine Gioele e Mattia .

Excellent food, drinks included with evening meal is a fantastic bonus, Staff were excellent, We stayed in room 511, the hotel met my requests as I contacted them prior to my stay, was made to feel really welcome, a great place to explore the beautiful island, Thank you so much for a wonderful stay we will definitely be back!!

Another Insotel stay (the 4th different one now) and another fantastic weeks stay , from the very professional and efficient check in right through, the whole place was excellent. Our room was cleaned every day to a high standard by a lovely guy ( Room 121 14th to 21st Sept for Insotel management to identify who it is ) Bar staff brilliant, too many to name but standouts Felix ,Pedro ,Ricardo to name a few. Food , was superb , if you could not find something you liked i would be worried , lots of fish , seafood , meats , fresh veg , fresh fruit and for me the best dessert RICE PUDDING A very simple pleasure but a pleasure none the less. Animation team worked very hard to entertain through the day and night , some things were cheezy but put a smile on your face. The staff are their best asset but whole place helped. Insotel Hotel Formentera Playa might have faults but i cannot think of one. Thank you Insotel Playa we are now working out dates to return to you in 2025.

Tornato dopo molti anni...camera ampia con balcone ben illuminata, pulizia diciamo al minimo salariale, nulla di profondo... ristorante molto completo con cibo che soddisfa ogni clientela, con serate a tema e griglia carne e pesce tutte le sere...primi anche al momento e immancabile pizza...buona qualità e ogni tipo di alimento che non manca mai. Colazione completa dolce e salata. Animazione serale di livello con artisti esterni veramente bravissimi. Appunti negativi: orari cambio asciugamani mare molto restrittiva per chi ama girare le spiagge vista la bellezza dell'isola e pochi tavoli esterni per il consumo dei pasti. Aree fumatori troppo vicine a dove si svolgono gli spettacoli con non poco disagio per chi non fuma.
