I came from a 5 hour road, 2 at night I still could not sleep. Vehicle noise, it's like I'm sleeping in a tent. I slept for the last time from exhaustion. It's not worth the money

The room stunk of smoke, and the shower smelt mouldy. They denied it and I had to argue with them to get a new room. They told me 3 days into my 1 week stay that my booking was over and I had to leave. AGIAN I had to argue with them for about a day and show them my booking 5 times before they left me alone. Your room is only cleaned if you ask, and the staff serving breakfast couldn't be bothered. Breakfast ends at 10am, I waited from 9.45am for the boy to return from the shops at 10.05 and then refused to serve me. AGAAAAIN I had to argue to get my food. Will never stay again, they don't know what they're doing, rude and can't be bothered.

Merhaba, geçtiğimiz hafta sonu iki gece konakladık arkadaşımla. Ne yazık ki temizlikte sınıfta kaldı bizim için. Odaya girilmiş sadece su ve tuvalet kağıdı koyulmuştu. Çarşaflar değişmemişti, havlular değişmemişti. Yerler süpürülüp silinmemişti. Çay içtiğim bardak bile öylece kirli duruyordu. Odaya hiç girilmeseydi belki bizim söylememizi beklemişlerdir diyebilirdik ama su koyup yanındaki kirli bardağı öylece bırakmaları çöl saçma. Otel ana caddede olduğu için trafik sesini çok net duyuyorsunuz. Mini buzdolabı vardı ama çalışmıyordu .Yatak çarşafı ilk geldiğimiz akşam lekeliydi.

My stay at the hotel was terrible. The hotel lobby is so narrow and the elevator was so small. Reaching to the elevator is difficult if you have big bags. No one has helped me to move my Laggage. The room was very bad and there is a bad smell throughout the hotel and in particular inside the room. I could not sleep or even stay inside the room. The room was so dirty and the windows are not sound proof. I asked the receptionist to change my room, but he said there is no available rooms for me. Therefore I left the hotel by the first night where I paid for two nights. I have never ever experienced such terrible day in my travel time.
