My stay at this hotel was decent. The room was clean, which was a plus. However, the fan in the bathroom made a loud noise when it was turned on, which was quite bothersome. Additionally, the reception being located 15 meters from the same building was a bit inconvenient.

Das Zimmer war nicht riesig, aber ausreichend groß. An der Sauberkeit war nichts auszusetzen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die beiden einzigen Kritikpunkte ist die Lage mit der Nähe zur stark befahrenen Hindenburgstraße und die sehr enge Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage. Den Stern Abzug gebe ich wegen der Tiefgarage.

Wir waren direkt zu beginn des Lichterfestivals in Essen! Top Hotel liegt sehr nah am Bahnhof , kann man zu Fuß schnell erreichen. Die Zimmer alle drei sehr sauber, das Badezimmer sehr sauber!!! Man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt! Personal sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war auch sehr gut, von allem was dabei! So konnte man sich gut für den Tag stärken! Auch freundlich, dass wir nach dem aus checken das Gepäck noch im Hotel lassen konnten. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Wir würden bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in Essen wieder in diesem Hotel einchecken. Freuen uns auf ein baldiges wiedersehen! :)

Hotel Radisson always has maintained its Repute for their Classy Hotels , Beautiful Rooms, GReat Customer Service & Unparalled food . Radisson Blu Edwardian Grafton stands up to the Repute . I am more impressed by the Service Standards of this Hotel ; The Restaurant Team Steak & Lobster is simply brilliant , great breakfast topped up with great service from staff , all with smiles .

The location is very good near of everything,
But the stuff is not friendly I think they were aggressive, the reception man interpret our reservation inaccuracy so he started to communicate with us based on this aggressively and when he realized his mistake he even didn’t apologize.

A beautiful hotel with amazing staff everyone of them friendly and very helpful. Rooms lovely very clean and breakfast was amazing. We stayed for 2 nights and would definitely recommend it. Drink prices quite high though but could not fault anything else.
