The hotel as a whole is okay. Every time I come to essen, I stay here. The breakfast is not as rich as before. The main reason is that there is no heating and only air conditioning in winter, which is not very comfortable. Some service staff can't speak German, and I feel that the hotel is not as good as before. can cook

Neat hotel in the center of Essen. Unfortunately, very long waiting time at check-in. Room was good, but quite pricey for what you get. Breakfast okay.
