Sehr gepflegtes, ruhiges Hotel aus den 60er Jahren. Sehr netter Inhaber und aufmerksame Angestellte. Sehr gutes Frühstück (sogar mit kostenlosen Lunchpaketen für unterwegs). Sehr gute zentrale, jedoch ruhige Lage in der Nähe des Rüttenscheider Sterns. Jederzeit gern wieder!

Das Hotel liegt zentral und verkehrsgünstig gelegen im Stadtteil Rüttenscheid. Zu den ÖPNV-Haltestellen sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Ebenfalls in der Nähe befinden sich einige Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Allerdings gab es unangenehme Gerüche aus dem Bad, welches auch eher klein ist. Herausragend ist allerdings das umfangreiche Frühstück, hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt sogar die Möglichkeit sich kostenlos ein Lunchpaket mitzunehmen.

Der Rheinische Hof ist sehr zentral gelegen mit guten Zimmern und einem super Frühstück. Es besitzt zwar kein eignen Parkplatz, aber man findet in den Straßen drumherum eigentlich immer einen kostenfreien Parkplatz. Das Personal ist äußerst freundliche und Hilfsbereit. Gute Tipps für die Stadt und für Lokalitäten. Ich werde definitiv beim kommenden Besuch in Essen das Hotel wieder nehmen.
