Fantastic resort where the staff can’t do enough for you. Pools are great, food is great, rooms are just what you need (and fully black out for those that need it) we couldn’t fault it. We also used the kids club, Elina and the team were brilliant with our daughter who was a bit nervous to start with (and called us to collect a bit earlier on day 1 which is great for those that worry they keep them there upset, they don’t) but after a couple of sessions she was loving it (as were we to get a few hours off!) What we did notice about this resort compared to others we’d been to was the amount of adults only space (which we used during kids club) so you really could go as a couple and avoid the children for the majority of time if you’d like, although we only saw brilliantly behaved children!

We had a brilliant time at Ikos Andalusia. We travelled with our 4 year old. He attended the kids club 3 mornings of the week we were there and Andrea and the team looked after him so well. The hotel are also exceptional at dealing with allergies for kids, it really allows us to get a proper rest. The other kids facilities - the splash pool, play park, bikes, etc all provide plenty of entertainment if they’re not in kids club. This was our second visit and we’ll be back next year!

Fantastic holiday. The staff really make it. Cristina, Antonia, Katarina (pool), Cristos (reception), Vicky (Anaya), Dionis (deluxe) and of course Natalia (beach club) are all exceptional at their jobs and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The kids club staff are also amazing; led by Andrea and including Omar, Ainhoa, Beatriz, Maria Rosa, and so many more whose names I can’t remember (sorry!!). Our children are so well cared for and they ask when it’s time for the kids’ club to open, so they can go in!

Unforgettable stay here. Everyone greets you with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. You feel at home here. Dora and Manuel at the Deluxe pool bar were amazing, so kind, happy, and make time to talk to you. They were always on hand to make sure you had a wonderful day by the pool. We used the hero’s creche for our 3.5yr old, Eleni and the team were lovely. We also used the babysitting service. Every meal was faultless. The hotel is pristine. We would recommend to friends and family and would love to return. We noticed the difference in being part of the deluxe package, so would recommend paying to upgrade to deluxe if you can.

Beautiful stay at Ikos Andalusia. We had a 1 bedroom garden suite which was really lovely, modern and clean with plenty of room for our 21 month old son to run around. Pools and grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. Beach wasn’t very nice (grey/ stony sand and quite windy most days) but there are so many different pools within the resort that you don’t miss the beach. The staff were all lovely but we found the staff in the creche particularly amazing! Very friendly, helpful and really great with our son and the other children. Maria, who works in the creche, babysat our son one evening and was professional and lovely to deal with. Highly recommend. The main issue was that every morning there was a smell of sewerage around the resort. It seemed to disappear by around 9am each morning but it definitely wasn’t a pleasant smell to encounter - particularly for the price we were paying for a 1bed suite for a week. Also, the food was decent but was not as high quality as other luxury all-inclusive stays I have had in the past.

Stunning property. New build hotel very well designed. Something for everyone. Food is fabulous and so many restaurants to choose from. Kids club fantastic. Lovely landscaping. Variety of entertainment after dinner. Recommend cycling along the ocean and book your Tesla early ! They offer a complimentary hire at the hotel.
