I love staying at a quaint , cozy motel , especially in Estes Park! The location is perfect, the staff is more than friendly . The only issue I had was the air conditioning, it is an older building (I understand) however , I had the air conditioning on as cold as it could get and was very hot in my room . The maintenance came to look at it and all he told me was “it takes awhile to cool down “ although I had the air on for 4 hours before he arrived . The shower is very small as well which again is understandable because it’s an older building , the hot and cold water was very extreme . It takes awhile for the water to get warm and when it does it gets scalding hot, so be careful ! I absolutely adored the gal who works in the office , she’s so sweet and kind so I didn’t want to keep complaining. The pool is nice and warm as well as the hot tub :) The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room is Cabin-esc

It was October in Estes Park and the place has no heat to turn on! Room smelled of musty old clothes. Clerk was not very friendly.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and not our last. Staff was terrific. Dated rooms but very clean and out of the hustle and bustle of the city stuff. Convenient to the entrance to RMNP.

We stayed in two rooms for four nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable most of the time. They didn’t have AC. The property advertised free breakfast but there was hardly any choice. Milk was bad on the first day but it couldn’t be replaced upon request. There were a few cup cakes and croissants the first day but were not replenished during rest of our stay. Coffee was not warm enough but it was not remade upon request. We skipped breakfast on our last day. The people working there were however quite friendly.
