Expedition Lodge Estes Park at Rocky Mtn National Park
"The town is located at the eastern entrance of the Rocky Mountains, making it a great place to get up early and see Bear Lake. However, after 5:00 PM, reservations are required for entry, making it a perfect spot for a special forces-style trip. The checkpoint is a 15-minute drive away, and the hotel is like a resort, with an arcade."
Alpine Trail Ridge Inn
"Very nice & great place to stay. Loves the vibes of the room."
Best Western Plus Silver Saddle Inn
"Good location , walking distance to McDonald, bed comfy and continental breakfast . Good to stay overall"
Coyote Mountain Lodge
"Easy to play rocky mountain national park, good environment."
Trailborn Rocky Mountains
"No Heater No Shampoo"
Estes Mountain Inn
"Reasonable room. Adequate. A bit noisy due to the strong wind last night. Breakfast was disappointing. We were given a bottle of water, an apple, a small fruit yogurt, and a slice of chocolate cake in a cardboard box. There were also some packaged crackers and granola bars in a display on the table. The coffee and tea were lukewarm in the thermos. No buffet breakfast like in other overnight hotels during our trip."
Saddle & Surrey Motel
"Excellent stay! Everything was as listed, super clean as well."
YMCA of the Rockies
"I love everything that YMCA has to offer!"

Brynwood on the River
Blue Door Inn
"Yes, it's very clean, like a farmhouse. The meal is simple, but it's quite delicious. 15 minutes walk from the visitor center."
Appenzell Inn
"Safety: Good Hygiene: good Environment: good, a little distance from the lake"
Quality Inn Near Rocky Mountain National Park
"The building has two floors and looks like a motel, but the rooms are like a normal inn. The breakfast area was a bit crowded, but the food was normal, except for the fried eggs. Each room has two chairs outside where you can sit and look at the snow-capped mountains, which is a small perk. There were only a few sheets of tissues in the room, and when we returned the next day, they hadn't been replenished. Basic cleaning was done."
The Stanley Hotel
"This is somewhere I have always wanted to stay. I had the opportunity to stay this past weekend. I was not disappointed. We stayed in the main hotel. Our room was great. There was a lot of room to move around and there was a nice sized closet to place our luggage and hang our clothes. The windows were very large and they could be opened. The bed was comfortable but there were only three pillows on the king sized bed. The hotel was very clean inside and the grounds were well maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was expensive to stay there, but I am glad we stayed there. It was something that was on my bucket list, so I had to stay when the opportunity presented itself. One thing I found frustrating was the thermostat that lit up each time motion was detected. When a person turns over the thermostat lit up for a few seconds. When I mentioned it to the front desk the person working didn't seem surprised. It was disappointing. It was certainly something that could have been mentioned at check in. There is also a lot of construction on the grounds."
Hotel Estes
"Clean and hygienic, breakfast was a bit simple, but everything else was great. The design was unique, with wooden furniture and a view of the mountains. It was a late check-in, and there was no front desk; you had to get the key yourself, which was acceptable."
Taharaa Mountain Lodge
Silver Moon Inn
Streamside on Fall River
"Nice, close location close to one of the Rocky Mountain State Park entrances. We had room #10 with the jacuzzi whirlpool. It was a little dated - the tile and tub are pink, but it worked fine and my 7 year son LOVED taking a bath in it. Do be aware that the main bed in this space is a murphy bed and the secondary bed is a hide-a-bed. The murphy bed was not the most comfortable thing."
Ponderosa Lodge
Nicky's Resort
"Easy to get to and from Stanley hotel. Room was decent. Had fridge and microwave. Would stay there again."
