Отвратительное обслуживание!!! Будьте готовы, что вас заставят платить за то, чего не было! Отдыхали две недели, хороший уютный дом. При выезде пришла девушка осматривать дом, разбили один стакан, об этом предупредили. На ресепшене девушка пыталась приписать нам заказанные бокалы шампанского и вина, которые мы не заказывали!!! Угрожала полицией, разборками, довели до истерики своими криками, кошмар!! Сверху ещё приписали отсутствие одной кружки, которую нам не приносили!!!! Нас заехало 6 человек, принесли 5 кружек изначально, но мы и не возмущались, у нас были свои с собой. В ИТОГЕ ЗАСТАВИЛИ ПЛАТИТЬ ЗА ЕЩЁ ОДНУ КРУЖКУ, КОТОРОЙ НЕ БЫЛО! Полицию времени не было ждать, мы выезжали на поезд! Короче никому не советую! Место хорошее, но персонал, особенно рыжая молодая девушка, это просто кошмар! Пересчитывайте всю посуду при заезде сами, и снимайте все на камеру, включая все ваши заказы, иначе будьте готовы к тому, что на вас повесят чужие косяки!! Ездили второй год подряд на две недели, больше в это место не поедем!

Большие апартаменты с мангальной зоной и парковкой для машины. Немного убитая мебель, и интерьер, есть все необходимое для проживания. Через дорогу канатная дорога, но виллы надо обходить по неудобной дороге минут 10, что с лыжным оборудованием не удобно. Персонал отзывчивый, уборка хорошая, при открытых окнах слышно дорогу.
