"I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service at the Grace Calypso Hotel. We checked in on 11/30/24. Check-in was great. But a few minutes after checking in, we went to the bathroom and discovered that there was no water. We checked at the reception, they told us that there was a problem and it was being fixed, it would be solved within an hour. We were just getting ready to go to the SPA and they told us that the SPA was open and we could relax there for now. When we arrived at the SPA, it turned out that there was no water in the shower either, and this is a question of hygiene. We managed to stay in the steam room and jacuzzi, after which we were asked to leave, since there was no water and the SPA was closing. We checked again at the reception, where they said that another hour and a half was needed. We were not ready to wait so long after the pool and jacuzzi without a shower, again a question of hygiene. We packed our things and got ready to leave. We went to the reception and asked for a refund, since not only were the services not provided, but we were also leaving dirty. The receptionist called someone on the phone and after the call said that they would not return our money, since we had a "non-refundable" rate. In a 4-star hotel, they left us dirty, did not provide the services we paid for, and even dragged out time. And if the water was not turned on at night, how would the issue with the toilet and shower be resolved? This hotel is now on my black list."

"My wife and I went to this wonderful hotel for the May holidays. I would like to note the excellent service, the friendly attitude of the reception staff, ready to help at any moment. On the day of arrival, the hotel staff congratulated my wife on her birthday and gave me a delicious cake, it was very unexpected and pleasant. In the mornings, we were treated to a sumptuous breakfast for every taste. The convenient location of the hotel (in the center of the resort) and the possibility of unlimited rides on the cable car between levels 540 and 940 allowed us to travel and admire the beauty of nature. The room was cleaned every day, necessary accessories were promptly replaced. On the day of departure, the staff prepared us a lunch box with various goodies. We really liked the hotel and the staff! Thank you for your concern!"

"Excellent breakfast, but I didn't like the dinner a la carte. Firstly, you have to wait a long time for the food, and secondly, it was poor and tasteless. It's strange that there was no music either at dinner or in the spa. "We arrived at the hotel on December 25, leave on January 3, 2025. Noted here New Year. Room with quality furniture, clean every day. Staff is madly polite, the kitchen liked, a pool with heated and beautiful view. Come here on recommendation and never wished. Called a friend with her husband for New Year here, great fun, good music. The leadman well raised all the mood. Furchet broke from rich treats. The New Year's Eve came out of 15 thousand people, the table broke from food, took with them other dishes in the room and a bottle of alcohol. Thank you very much for a comfortable rest. They were here with their mother, child 9 months and husband. A lot of family couples, the restaurant provides baby chairs. The hotel is modern, in terms of cleanliness and quality of repair at all!"

"Overall, everything was fine, the reception was pleasant. Except for these issues: 1. The bathroom smelled bad. The water seemed clean, and the toilet itself was unpleasant to be in. I'm not sure what that's because it's on the ground floor and there are drainage issues. 2. Another downside is the strange entrance from the street—there are no radiuses or anything, just a cut in the fence and curb—not every car can access it. 3. I couldn't connect a single device to the WiFi, and my mobile barely had a signal, but since we were only staying for one night, I didn't bother with it."

"It is far from the five-star hotel. But the staff is very hard, polite, quick to solve all problems and issues. Thanks to the administrators Arthur and Zarina for their kindness and professionalism. Of the hotel pluses: delicious breakfast Swedish table, a good pool and open and closed. Cosy area, smooth board and twig in the room. Beautiful lobby. There is a safe and a coffee machine in the room - that is of course plus. There are dresses in the room and they are changed if necessary. Defects: Rooms are small, no standard rooms with two beds, only improved. All standard only with two beds. Sleep on a laying chair for 8000 rubles per day - well. The small bathroom is like a closet. It smelled of sewerage. The room is uncomfortable, the view of the window into the window to the neighbors. Furniture is cheap, it is visible. The lying in the pools is much less than the ones who want to lie on them. The steam in the "spa center" is small but clean. The door in the women's toilet in the spa is semi-transparent, this is certainly an interesting solution 😂 Overall, a nice little hotel. But not five."
