Класс , цена и качество 👍. Персонал всегда готов помочь если что-то нужно . Сушилки для экипировки и тёплая сауна если подмёрзли . Если хотите поехать с семьёй есть апартаменты на последнем этаже и сдвоенные номера, дети спали как будто в соседней комнате как дома. Если нужно готовы детям приготовить что-нибудь. Всё понравилось Олим словом .

В отеле с 22:00 до 1:00 кричат и шумят соседи на самом верхнем этаже. Администратор сообщил, что не может решить проблему, т.к. этот этаж не относится к отелю, а является апартаментами, а гости в апартаментах «властные» (со слов администратора). Переселить в номер без шума невозможно. Требуем изменения ситуации и возмещения морального ущерба.

Приехали в Красную Поляну и на Розу хутор на разведку. Решили заночевать в Альпийской Сказке+. Приветливо встретила администратор Наталья, дала всю информацию по ресторанам и услугам. Номер чистый, светлый, с балконом. Парковка рядом с отелем. Завтрак полноценный, есть даже макароны, куриные крылышки, овощи свежие и тушеные. Очень понравились блинчики с творогом. Рекомендую!
