Struttura eccellente, curata in ogni dettaglio e super pulita. Ristorante accogliente e ottima qualità del cibo sia a cena che a colazione. Personale cortese e professionale. Consigliatissimo il percorso spa e il massaggio “Hot Stone”.

Posto incantevole, abbiamo trascorso due giorni meravigliosi. Anche l'arrivo del maltempo ci ha permesso di vivere un'atmosfera inaspettata. Il, poi, personale è stato attento, premuroso e gentile. È stata un'esperienza che ripeteremo.

From the welcome when we arrived to the farewells when we left, the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The room was large and facilities good, with a balcony and spectacular view of Mount Etna. The breakfast choice was excellent and dinner was full of Italian specialities, although it was a shame the restaurant in the clubhouse was closed on 3 nights. The main restaurant in the Hotel had a very good choice. The golf course was challenging, with long,tight fairways but in good condition. The holes are all varied and test your accuracy.

Ho trovato un materasso comodissimo ho dormito come non mai. Il personale delle pulizie deve essere più attento alla stanza che deve essere consegnata Il resto tutto alla perfezione dall'inizio del soggiorno fino alla fine. La location è molto bella,immersa nei vigneti della zona,le camere sono grandi e soddisfacenti,dentro trovi tutto ciò che può servirti,anche le ciabattine e la crema per il corpo. TOP il materasso e i cuscini,si i cuscini,perché te ne mettono a disposizione più di un tipo. La SPA è carina,nulla di eccezionale,ma piacevole, trovi anche un angolo tisaneria. L'esterno è molto bello,la piscina è davvero fantastica,hai a disposizione anche ombrellone,lettini e telo. Il ristorante è carino ,cena buona,piatti preparati con cura ed esteticamente impeccabili e personale super gentile e disponibile. Colazione meravigliosa,prodotti tipici della zona,torte fatte in casa,cibo in quantità per tutti i gusti La sera nella hall c'era un maestro che suonava il piano molto romantico e rilassante,e c'è anche un bar a cui puoi chiedere da bere. Il parcheggio è ampio. Un piccolo appunto lo farei sulle quantità del cibo nei piatti della cena veramente piccoli e su qualcuno del personale che ti guarda un po' in modo altezzoso. Per il resto è stato un ottimo soggiorno.

Positiva esperienza in questa bellissima struttura. Tutto perfetto dell'accoglienza..ai servizi. Camerea spaziosa e pulita..pianobar piacevole dopocena...ristorante con gustose pietanze. Notevole l'esperienza nel centro benessere con un rilassante massaggio di 50 minuti. Sicuramente ritorneremo

Abbiamo richiesto la camera ristrutturata e abbiamo dovuto pagare un surplus di €40 in più a notte. La camera bellissima, finalmente al pari di un hotel di un certo livello ma secondo me un surplus eccessivo e senza alcun senso. Le camere vengono rimodernizzate, non abbiamo chiesto un upgrade di camera, quindi suite o junior suite ma una camera standard ma ristrutturata. Prima colazione sempre eccellente, la nuova piscina all'ingresso bellissima mancavano ancora i servizi quindi toilette e bar ma ci hanno assicurato che a breve verranno installati. Nel complesso ottimo, come sempre receptionist gentilissimi e cordiali. Signore delle pulizie attente al dettaglio. Ci vorrei tornare assolutamente ma il prezzo per una notte è troppo eccessivo per una camera standard.

Great service, hotel maintenance and facilities need improvement! The golf course was in terrible shape. Without the necessary upgrades to the facilities, gym, and golf course my wife and I will not be returning. The staff is awesome. Cheers
