員工整體素質有待提高，早餐就是馬上收餐也得詢問顧客還有沒有需要加餐再收餐，這點做的不太好，前台人員閑聊散漫，嗑瓜子，給人感覺很不舒服，客房服務人員態度有待提高

房間衞生很差，床上還有不知名體毛，有蟲子，有異味，房間很臭，開窗開門根本不管用，，桌面上都是灰，臭的不行
