It's the worst. I came to Cheongju for a 2-person golf tour and when I went to the front desk, they told me to park in the basement and go up to the 2nd floor with my luggage to get the key. I somehow made it to the 5th floor, but the room smelled like it wasn't even ventilated, and the bathroom smelled musty. I was so tired from being up all night that I was just going to wash up and go to sleep, but the smell came up to my bed. They called the front desk and didn't even apologize. They said it smelled like they were the ones who made it and then offered to change my room. It was so absurd that they even told me to buy water. I work in the lodging business too. You have to keep basic manners in mind.

Overall, everyone had a satisfactory stay. However, the sanitary conditions were a bit unpleasant, including a large amount of female hair and dried foreign matter on the seat cover. The overall hygiene was excellent. Neatly organized bed sheets are important, but it would also be good to make sure that there is no doubt as to whether they have been replaced. If you ask me to stay again, I will.

해외 지사 직원이 와서 예매해 줬는데 굉장히 만족해 하더군요. 위치도 좋고, 시설도 좋았습니다. 😊

기존에 가던 호텔 대신 한 번 예약해봤는데 후회되지 않는 선택이었습니다. 다음에 또 출장가더라도 이 곳에 머물 생각입니다. 강추합니다.
