Room not ready 1:45 after check-in. Short staffed and no sheets. Only 2 towels for the requested 4 people. Reserved 2 queens but were given 2 fulls. Card was only programmed for 1st day of my 2 day stay. Found a pet rooster on the office desk defecating. Room had no water 2nd night. Next morning still no water. Cockroaches.
