I visited the Homewood Suites in Augusta, Georgia in December 2023 and I had a very good stay this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the customer service was excellent. The only issues that I had staying at this hotel were the television remote outside the room didn’t work and they didn’t do room service one of the two nights that I stayed at the hotel. The hotel is close to restaurants, shops, and Downtown Augusta and I felt safe in the area where the hotel was located, and their breakfast was very good with great food options and there are many restaurants close by the hotel. I will consider staying at this hotel again if I visit Augusta in the future.

Tiera at the front desk was wonderful to work with. When she found out we were in town for my husband’s heart surgery, she made sure we got the medical discount. She even checked in during the day. She is definitely a great asset to this organization.

Staff was fine. Free breakfast = 3 out of 5. Room wasn't in great shape, needs some rehab. Pretty brutal having room across from super noisy ice machine and staff using it in the wee hours; woke me every time. Liked the separate bedroom.

Clean room. Breakfast was good some days. They need a wider variety of food! Staff friendly and courteous. I have stayed at this hotel every time I visit family! I’ll be back.

I love staying at Homewood suite's with the free breakfast and during the week the the social time at night. The spacious rooms with the kitchen makes it easy for family to make snacks and keep food on hand. I also love that there's a TV in the bedroom and in the living room so that the family can watch different things at the same time. In some locations they have a two bedroom which is really nice.

My stay at Homewood Suites was pleasant. The hotel was clean and neat However, I will always stay at this Augusta Hotel because of a young lady named Tiera! HILTON, Send this lady to the top!!! From the start Tiera was beyond helpful and professional and went above and beyond. Tiera's customer service was top tier and what this industry and customer service is missing. I stay in hotels every week across the country, Tiera is bar far the best customer service rep I have ever come across and exceeds her tittle and responsibilities by a million X. Thank you Tiera.
