This hotel is in full blown renovation mode and that is the only reason for the 4 star rather than a 5. We were greeted as soon as we hit the door and were also complimented for being a Platinum Elite member, which rarely happens now days. They do have a small concierge lounge and also have a bar/restaurant on site. The front desk is helpful in suggesting area restaurants with a couple within walking distance of the hotel. Beds are comfortable and there wasn't any noise in the halls or in rooms close by.

Very basic hotel within walking distance of Augusta National. Room was clean and functional. Tried ordering breakfast and had to abandon the order after 40 minutes. It was Masters week so you would expect everyone to be at their best. Great Mexican restaurant next door.

I called during Masters week needing help with an issue and Tiffany, Director of Sales, truly went above and beyond to help me. I am so grateful for her help, especially during one of the busiest weeks of the year! I know that customer service can often be a thankless job and customers can be a little wild and cannot overstate how grateful I am.
