Li alguns comentários acerca do hotel que me levaram a ficar receoso com a minha estadia. De tudo o que li negativo acerca do hotel não senti durante a minha estadia. O quarto limpo, atendimento impecável. Pequeno almoço com muita variedade e qualidade. A piscina interior com água quente, o jacuzzi em pleno funcionamento. A nível de localização fica a 5 min do centro. Foi uma agradável estadia. Repetirei se lá voltar.

Lamentavelmente, a reserva que fiz não correspondeu à reserva que o hotel tinha. A minha reserva foi feita para 2 adultos e 1 criança e, no hotel, apenas constava a reserva para 1 adulto. O hotel resolveu a situação, mas o quarto que nos foi oferecido não correspondeu de todo ao serviço reservado e pago antecipadamente. Foi muito desagradável e lamentável. /// Unfortunately, the reservation I made did not correspond to the reservation the hotel had. My reservation was made for 2 adults and 1 child and, in the hotel, there was only a reservation for 1 adult. The hotel resolved the situation, but the room they gave us did not fully correspond to the service booked and paid in advance. It was very unpleasant and regrettable.

De 2e nacht was de kamer prima. Het hotel is net buiten Evora en heeft ruime parkeerplaats.
Sommige personeel mogen nog wel trainingen hebben hoe het hoort in het hotel.
Maar het meisje die de kamers moest schoonmaken was super.

酒店在距離埃武拉鎮中心不遠的鄉村，很大，也很不錯，免費停車位充足。入住的遊客也很多。一早上聽着鳥兒的嘰喳聲很愜意。早餐豐富可口。

Very nice hotel as a total, a little bit far from the city. The extra cost to use the gym was not clear at the flyer and 5 EUR per hour to rent a bike is too expensive.

Depois de excelentes experiências em anos anterior, esta deixou a marca de não voltar. O hotel não tem realizado manutenção e nem o ac funciona e não estamos em epoca de calor... falta de limpeza ( as almofadas tinham manchas) . O ponto forte do hotel na minha opinião era a gastronomia e desta vez uma autêntica desilusão. O pequeno almoço mais que basico, sem os produtos regionais de outrora. O jantar da segunda noite não foi bufet mas à carta e na abertura do restaurante já não tinham 3 pratos e a meio do serviço já muito mais estava esgotado. Depois a espera foi quase de 1 hora. E no fim tanto o bacalhau estava seco e salgado como o hambúrguer não se conseguiu comer de tanto sal. Reclamamos mas sem sucesso. Meu filho pediu de sobremesa mousse de chocolate que veio servida em prato toda espalhada. Sem cuidado na apresentação dos pratos.
