"The approach to the hotel is uninspiring which makes your arrival in a modern manicured property all the more surprising. The hotel is well thought out, set up for a very chilled out time and service and facilities are excellent. We did not give a full 5 for one reason which for some could be a blocker. This hotel is very popular with young families, for very good reasons but if you want a quiet retreat keep this in mind If on the other hand you have young children it is a great place."

"Very nice hotel, right next to the old town of Evora, with a great location and rich breakfast. Just because it is close to the road, it will be noisy when the window is open, but the window is very soundproof and it is very quiet when closed. The parking space at the door of the hotel is free."

"Located in the historic centre of Évora, this accommodation is a very good option for location.The apartment was spacious, with a good living room, kitchen, bathroom, room and a more upper floor with two beds. The decor is beautiful and comfortable. The facilities include TV and Wi-Fi, hair dryer, kitchen with all the necessary household appliances, washing towels and good cleaning. A less positive point is that there is a window on the roof that had no screws, starting the room to get light just when the sun is born."

"I have booked this hotel for our 30th wedding anniversary. This hotel is one of the spa hotels in this area. Main reason we choose this hotel is for their spa facilities. Few days before our arrival my wife made a reservation for massage. You would think during this phone call to their spa it would be a great chance to say that actually our indoor pool and jacuzzi is under renovation. We'll we found out about it during our check in. To be fair turkish sauna and regular sauna was not under renovation, but it should have been. Turkish sauna has small tiles falling of and laying on the floor. There is also a rusty remnant of a pipe where steam used to come out. So I will definitely not recommend this hotel for its Spa facilities. Not in a near future anyway. Stuff was nice and hotel is in great location though."

"All fur and no knickers… A ghost estate of rundown pods, or single bed units. Façade is maintained but it stops there. Behind the facade was so dirty, I decided to purchase snacks and make an ad hoc picnic. Staff are shamelessly rude. Kitchen: check out the menu of waste pork-cuttings. Slow cooked for reuse"

"I thought the double bed was very small, I didn't expect to give a big double bed, and arranged a small bed! The location is excellent, just next to the Roman Temple, three minutes walk to the cathedral, 9 minutes to the human bone church!"
