The hotel has a different concept than usual! With individual suites, as if they were igloos, it gives the feeling of being isolated from all the other guests! It's quite reserved and great for a few days of rest and dating! It was our wedding anniversary and they were incredible in preparing the suite with a little treat for us! But also very family-friendly (there were many families staying with children). Great breakfast and very friendly staff! We really enjoyed it and will go back with our children!

The beautiful nature surroundings and the quietness are breathtaking. Each detail and corner has an amazing surprise for the eyes. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. A wonderful place for a getaway and rest.

Simplesmente maravilhoso! Fomos comemorar os nossos 30 anos de casal e que bela aposta! Não tivemos !uota sorte com o tempo em Évora pois estava anormalmente frio para a época. No entanto o que pretendíamos era descansar, namorar e desfrutar do sossego. O quarto(casa) lindo. Um charme. Muita atencao ao detalhe e aos materiais naturais. O empreendimento fica no meio da natureza. Temos um quarto, sala e WC e ainda um alpendre com poltronasara ouvir a natureza. Lindo! As casa estão a precisar de uma pintura (já estavam a tratar disso😉)e os chuveiros de uma manutenção mais profunda. Têm postos de carregamento elétrico para as viaturas o que é um plus. Vou repetir com a família

Das piores experiências que tivemos nos últimos tempos!! Começamos pelo quarto, apesar de nos terem feito um upgrade no quarto, o quarto onde ficamos tinha as juntas dos azuleijos todas pretas!!!! A cama em baixo estava cheia de pó, depois os roupões eram bastante pequenos, para irmos à piscina interior tínhamos de ir desde o quarto até ao edifício principal pela rua, na recepção não foi informado que tínhamos balneários e que poderíamos trocar de roupa nos balneários para não irmos ao frio….. No PA de sexta e apenas com 20 paz em casa, a falta de qualidade dos produtos servidos ( vinoiserie servida não era do dia) aliada a falta de profissionalismo e simpatia da funcionária, ditaram que não faríamos nenhuma refeição no hotel, nota-se ainda que o hotel tem bastante falta de manutenção preventiva o que é uma pena. Não nos foi comunicado nenhuma actividade( entretenimento) no hotel, o que faz com que saímos do hotel e não haja consumo por parte dos clientes do hotel. A limpeza do quarto na sexta foi bastante deficiente, deixando apenas um rolo de papel higiénico disponível, os copos não foram trocados, e as toalhas da piscina que obrigam a uma troca directa de toalha/cartão, ficamos sem as toalhas e sem os cartões.. Valeu a amabilidade das rececionistas no check-out e o PA de sábado que melhorou bastante, tanto na atenção ao cliente como os produtos servidos!!

Maintenance-free and worn exterior paint. Sauna and Turkish bath at room temperature, when much higher is expected. Limited restaurant, no reservation capacity for guests themselves. When we arrived at room (33), there was water on the floor of the room and the outer glass door of the room would not close, with the lock broken.
