There are no lift and it is a challenge if you have large luggage to handle.

Great night sleep. Carl on the front desk was very helpful and polite. He was pleased to help and couldn't have done anymore............... .............would recommend to anyone wanting to stop somewhere for the night. Plus the shower was awesome

Good value , room clean with good bathroom facilities . TV and complimentary tea/coffee . Good central location for easy travel to Exeter city centre .

Really nice overnight stay and lovely lady on reception🤗 would have got 5 but all looking a bit tied sadly. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and the room was clean and tidy and lots of hot water🙌 The internet gives you good reception

Good hotel, good price, very convenient for Exeter-5 mins. Would reccommend. Unfortunately no convenient cooked breakfast but a short trek to the Services area has most you need.

We had a lovely stay before travelling back home from a lovely holiday. The rooms are a bit out dated and the hotel could do with updating. But the beds was comfy and the rooms was clean. The staff was friendly especially Carl, he went out of his way to speak to my children and anything we wanted was no trouble to him, he made our stay even better

Writing on behalf of my father. This was my dad's first time staying at a travelodge. He found a but difficult to find in the dark. My dad was checked in by Night Receptionist Chris. Chris was incredibly helpful and thoughtful and informative and a credit to travelodge. Chris made sure my dad was informed of all information. The room was on the ground floor and very spacious and tidy.

Hotel is very dated and could do with a total refresh, room was clean but smells The bar and grill attached is now closed would be a great addition if re opened. Staff ok but could be better Would be a great hotel if refreshed
