A broken chair and a switch that comes loose but otherwise everything is fine, clean room, clean and functional shower with soap/towels and friendly reception staff

charged twice for the room, reimbursed part without breakfast, included in it, however, accused by the manager and his employee that it was the fault of Tri.com
hotel falling into disuse I think it's time to do something. Next time I will try not to take this kind of hotel and not go through trip.com
