酒店離展覽中心非常近，停車場很大，方便且免費。
前台員工服務態度非常好，尤其是小陳Jenny，詳細介紹了酒店及酒店鄂州的景點，送了歡迎水果。
房間衞生乾淨，床墊很舒服，而且有開夜床服務，還有小保温壺裝的銀耳羹，晚上什麼時候喝都是有温度的，點贊👍。
周邊吃飯的地方沒有，在酒店西餐廳用的晚餐，味道不錯，價格不貴，服務也好。
早餐品種很多，味道很好。餐廳員工服務很好，有空盤子馬上收走。
希望保持。

新開的皇冠假日，看武漢洲際住滿了，這邊鄂州沒來過就順路過來打個卡。
晚上6點50多進到大廳，前台只有一個接待，剛好有外國友人來check in，因為溝通問題好像一直沒有辦好，然後從裏面出來兩個應該是主管或者值班經理之類的，就站在大廳聊天了？我不管是不是工作上的事，首先前台因為處理外籍人士的入住，因為語言溝通問題進度遲緩，為什麼前廳領導不去幫忙？後面我看後面的時候還和其中一個老外聊得挺順暢的，既然這樣為什麼不加快速度幫忙一起辦理入住手續？我在前台站了10分鐘，我已經表現出不耐煩了，還是當天當班的行李員小夥眼疾手快的把大廳的熱茶和毛巾端過來，這讓我還是很驚訝的。後面小哥還給我們把行李也幫忙拿上去了，這服務的3.5顆星是我給他的。人家重慶來福士，成都世紀城的前廳領導看到了都要來幫忙，不懂當事人咋想的。可能當時確實有要事，抽不開身，陪領導更重要，畢竟誰會在意一個穿的土土的看起來像小孩的人會是鑽卡大使和攜程的金鑽（此處就當我恃寵而驕吧），我希望你們能內部做好協調，人員精簡成本控制是目前整個大環境的趨勢，只是既然是服務行業，就該別忘了做好本職工作。
其他的中規中矩的出品，包括行政酒廊以及早餐，符合正常皇冠的水平。

酒店今年新開業的各種設施都不錯，房間裝修風格很喜歡，洗手間乾淨無異味。
前台小付服務態度很好，有問題問她都及時回覆。
停車方便，就是去一些景點需要開車20分鐘左右，酒店附近沒有外賣，可以自己帶點零食。
