The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort

Everything about the resort was amazing. This was a dream vacation of ours for many years. The St. Regis lived up to it in every way possible. The hardest part of the trip was having to leave at the end of our time there. Our butler took care of our every need and helped coordinate activities that we participated in both on the resort and off. The restaurants were quite good. The beach was amazing. Our couples massage was exactly what we needed. In short, the entire trip was perfect.

My Fiancé, now husband, and I traveled to Bora Bora for our wedding at the St. Regis and it was perfect! The wedding planning process was stress free and our planners, Melanie and Yana handled everything perfectly! We also had our legal wedding in Bora Bora at the the town hall. That day exceeded all of our expectations with a private boat ride and ukulele players the whole way there and back. Our room was an overwater superior villa. It was very spacious, beautiful and just what we needed! Our butler, Nicolas, was amazing! He helped with anything and everything we needed during our stay! On his days off, Kenny stepped in and did an excellent job helping us in his absence. We booked activities with the concierge and spent lovely days at the beach where the beach boys Tim and Teri made sure we were comfortable and always had the food or drinks we needed. We have zero complaints when it comes to the property, service, staff, restaurants, activities and food. We loved EVERYTHING about our stay and our wedding day(s)! We will be back to visit and a large part is due to our amazing experience with the staff!

An alternate reality in all the best ways. We celebrated our honeymoon at the St. Regis and it was lovely and peaceful from beginning to end. Every member of the staff we encountered from the moment we were picked up at the airport to the second we were dropped off was incredibly friendly. Our room was huge and immaculate. The spa was wonderful. We loved having bikes to get around the property. The food was great, particularly our dinner at Farniente. We booked our trip with Pacific For Less and I can't recommend them highly enough - they made our entire trip a seamless and worry-free experience.

We stayed at St Regis last week. Overall it was wonderful. It is stunningly beautiful. Having traveled to other resorts that offer butler service I was surprised with how St Regis worked. I am not sure if it was our butler or their service in general. We met with the butler when we got off the boat advised him that we needed our floats blown up we thought he would take them and get them blown up and return them to us , he had us call 9 and asked them to come to the hut pick up the floats and then return them. Due to my husbands disability we needed a ride everywhere so the butler knows where we are at all times, They should come by during the day and check on us in actuality he dropped off my tea in the morning and never saw him again all day. We are use to butlers having 5-8 villa like other resorts he had 20 villas. This lead to much less personal connection. We like ice in our room everyday around 3pm and after dinner, our room tended to while we are at the pool and turn-down while we are at dinner. I would have thought that the butler team would automatically handle all of this with the housekeeping team but having 20 villas they can not provide. It got it handled but I needed to call each time for each item. Again we had a wonderful time, it was just a different butler experience then I expected and wanted to share in case anyone else had prior butler experiences that were more personal. This seems to be an overall concierge team approach where anything you ask for is taken care of with a short wait, but nothing is automatically handled. We had the meal plan and did not have one thing that we did not like the whole time there. The staff was wonderful and they could not be any nicer. Everyone was exceptionally accommodating of any of our needs. Tim at the beach was super friendly and goes out of his way for you. I called over to my husband our first day and from that moment on he called him by name, saying hello and goodbye and asking if we needed anything. The other beach boys were also great but I did not get any of their names. It is a beautiful resort and relaxing was wonderful. Do not come here if you depend on the cart service. They took 30 min when they said 10 and do not show up when you schedule a time. If you are able body you will have a great time.

Makes you feel like you are in paradise. Our butler- Diana Garcia made us feel special and made our 41st anniversary memorable. The SPA is great, bikes are provided to get around the grounds, lagoonarium is a great place to snorkel in a controlled settling with many sea life, the pools are great, several beaches, and swimming right off your overwater villa is perfect
