Just left your hotel. Honestly loved everything about it except the day shift front desk clerk. We have a titanium status which allows for late check outs. When we booked it, it was no problem to have late check out. But when we checked on the request on Friday morning this clerk said we do not allow late check outs on Fridays and Saturdays. After we questioned the policy she gave in and said she would do us the favor. Honestly a favor? We have almost 1000 stays at Marriott over the last few years. We give Marriott exclusive business. She was very annoyed and also rude. That is very disappointing behavior. It takes just one employee ‘s bad attitude to make you not want to return to that hotel. On a good note the room was clean. The breakfast buffet was open and all the food was good. And all the other employees we encountered were nice.

The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was very good
