The hotel is a glorious building full of character and charm. Reception is welcoming and helpful. The room is to die for - a thing of beauty and the bathroom too. Restaurant and dinner exceptional. I have never seen waiters move so fast. We loved it and would gladly come back. Glorious little town.

L'extérieur de ce magnifique château, parfaitement restauré invite à un séjour. Accueil bilingue parfait et souriant. Les couloirs et la salle à manger sont magnifiques. La chambre est très correcte avec une hygiène et propreté remarquables, malgré leur charme des très vieilles huisseries des fenêtres manquent d'étanchéité. Le restaurant: la salle est grandiose, quant à la cuisine, elle n'est pas à la hauteur des lieux, la morue dans le plat principal n'est que miettes. Imaginez aussi, 4 asperges avec mayonnaise 20 €!!! Nous avions choisis sur lacarte 2 menus entrée-plat-dessert + un verre de vin=109€ !!! Je déconselle le restaurant pour ces tarifs abusifs A noter également un petit déjeuner copieux 20€!!!

ES un parador junto a un castillo de los más bonitos de España, perfecto. El problema es, como en muchos otros paradores hoy día, que está un poco abandonado, ajado y le falta una renovación, con el mismo estilo, pero renovado y con materiales actualizados. Necesita una renovación de suelos, mobiliario y puertas.

Despite the run around town to find it and Google maps didn't help, the hotel itself is impressive and the staff were very welcoming. Parking was a short walk away, but drop off/pick up with a 15 minute window was acceptable. Food and service were excellent. Historic surrounding area was most interesting. Enjoyable stay.

Acudí al Parador después de haberme sometido a una intervención en la CUN . Desde mi llegada al Parador, todo fue atención, interés, preocupación por y para que me sintiese muy cómodo, poniendo a mi alcance todo lo necesario para que así fuese y.....del 10.

El parador se encuentra en una ubicación excepcional, próximo al Palacio. El servicio de desayuno no ha estado a la altura de otros paradores en los que hemos estado recientemente, tanto en la variedad de productos, como en la cantidad de los mismos (pudo ser debido a la afluencia de huéspedes que se concentraron al mismo tiempo), el personal de restauración daba la sensación de estar desbordados por momentos. Como anécdota éramos cuatro personas pedimos como desayuno caliente unos churros para todos y nos trajeron 4 churros literalmente, me imagino que hubo un mal entendido.

Situado en el centro de la ciudad, el Parador de Olite ofrece sus servicios con la calidad que suele ser habitual en la red. Muy buenas instalaciones en general. Excelente restauración, con una carta quizá no muy amplia pero suficiente, variada y con productos de la zona. Habitación especialmente amplia y confortable. Mención aparte para el personal, especialmente atento, eficiente y de trato muy agradable.

Ha sido una bonita experiencia, ya que al tratarse de un Parador, situado en un Castillo y dormir en una de las torres de dicho Castillo, hizo que la experiencia fuera inolvidable. Gracias a los miembros de el Parador por avernos sentir tan bien.
