Most of the time the tv and internet were not working, we had to complain to the reception about the same thing every day. Regarding the location, staff, room service and food, every thing else was excellent.

Check in was smooth, which was carried out by wonderful staff. Clean room with all required facilities. Breakfast was served using the buffet system, which was yummy.

First room given flush sistren was not working then given another room and spit ac was not working properly and had been leaking terribly

Hotel saffron kiran's food is too costly 100rs for chapati, oh my god, for staying good but for food please check your pocket first.

The location is damn good. Hygiene is great. Breakfast buffet is delicious. The property is nice and soothing. I invariably walk in here due to my relatives living nearby. The staff is cordial. The environment is overall great. It is a great choice for those wanting to stay in faridabad in a medium budget hotel. Keep going saffron kiran.

Hotel was ok. Despite of asking ***y times, water was never delivered to room. Luckily i found a table in corridor near to my room with lots of bottle. I picked it on my own from there. It might be possible it is their arrangement but no one from reception or room service told me. Every-time they said me, bottle will be delivered to your room. There was no provision to open a window and hotel staff didn't start ac or room ventilation. It was suffocating. Service was quick on this aspect as they responded quickly and started ventilation. Breakfast was good with good options like dosa, parantha, omlette, breads, sabudana khichdi, boiled eggs, upma, corn flakes etc.
