From the time of walking into the lobby the hotel smelled awful. I can't describe it but made the hotel feel unclean. Would not stay there again

I was a bit skeptical after reading a few of the most recent reviews but I must say that my stay here was both comfortable & convenient. The staff was great & the rooms were clean & comfortable. I would definitely recommend!

Lobby smelled terrible. Only had an hour to shower and get to a funeral visitation so didn't have time to complain. Room smelled worse than the lobby. Got back to our room at 9:30 pm with two little kids so decided to complain in the morning. In the morning the front desk was closed with a roll-down metal cover. Bathroom had soap and conditioner but no shampoo. Booked two nights but left after only one.
