2. The family suite booked, the room type is marked for three people, there are two breakfasts, and you have to pay for one. The original reservation did not see the two breakfasts clearly. It was my problem, but I didn't understand that the room type was three people. Why is the breakfast two! It's also such a rule!
3. Strengthen the verification of items in the hotel room. At night, I found that there was no hair dryer in the bath. Let the front desk arrange for someone to send it. The front desk has always determined that the room has it. Let me find it. I also said what location is in the room. After my repeated confirmation, I didn’t find the hair dryer. There is no way for the front desk to arrange for someone to send it over. Including the waiter who has been sending items, he always emphasizes that there is, saying that it is impossible not, I said you go into the room to find it and see if there is any! The whole process was suspected, and the experience was really bad!
4. The room is a suite, the bathroom in the master bedroom has a smell, it will be better to cover the floor drain with a bath mat!
Other aspects of the hotel are OK! Hope to improve! It's just a feeling of living in the store!
