外觀氣派大方，周邊環境優美，看在這個優勢上預訂了本酒店，但優點掩蓋不了缺點。
房型：大，房間寬敞
早餐：正常水平
周邊環境：有湖景
空調：一共入住3間夜，第二間夜開始空調和抽風都壞了，晚上熱的睡不着，清潔阿姨説空調壞了在維修，樓層經理説空調費用很貴交不起（這是什麼解釋？），總之第二天客服沒有做任何補救工作，夜晚熱到煩躁失眠；等到第三間夜終於提供了風扇，房間的空調抽風系統依舊是故障，衣服掛在洗手間晾一晚上還在滴水；酒店方為表歉意贈送了果盤，但果盤的蘋果咬開發現是爛蘋果，臨走時經理還讓我們把果盤留下以免被扣錢。
結合其他客人的差評，其他客人還有無故被扣錢的情況，看來扣錢是本店特色。結合發黴的被子和爛蘋果，這酒店的空調通風和食品保存設施能力堪憂！

房間浴缸都貼了標簽是壞的還開給我，換了房間還是壞的熱水澡都沒洗到浪費多少時間。早上退房又説少了四個咖啡勺，咖啡沒泡你們的 熱水壺都沒用你們的 拿那不值錢的東西幹什麼，送給我都不要，早上去接親誰要你們的咖啡勺，不是你們説少了就是我們拿了，就你們這服務漏放了吧強加在我們身上 一個勺子扣10塊，垃圾酒店要服務沒服務退房總會找點理由扣錢。
