"As a Ctrip Diamond member for 11 years, I was truly shocked by this hotel. This is probably the first time I've given a bad review to a 5-star hotel! Aside from the price being the same as a 5-star hotel, everything else is completely unrelated. First, upon arriving at the hotel entrance, there wasn't a single staff member present, and cars were parked haphazardly. Then, the front desk staff were incredibly unprofessional, with a sullen face. I arrived first, carrying several bags, and she actually told those who came after me to check in first?! I booked a suite, but these suites are just two rooms connected together? Two separate entrances, and even inside the room, two entrances facing each other! It was truly speechless! Then there's the restaurant: waiting for a table took forever, milk was out and we had to wait forever, and the drinks were diluted and tasted completely watery. There seemed to be a lot of variety, but nothing was particularly good. Then there's the shuttle bus to the zoo: no one was managing it, and if you asked, they just told you to wait at the entrance. In the evening, I planned to go to the hot springs and buy a swimsuit, but a staff member was arguing with a consultant in the swimsuit shop…! The management problems are truly numerous! The service was completely lacking. You can't just focus on charging fees and neglect the most important aspect: service quality. I specifically looked at the negative reviews, and they were all very similar to what I said, showing that you haven't made any improvements! Fortunately, the zoo and circus were still quite good!"
