房間整潔沒有一點異味，非常好。價格也很親民。老闆和工作人員都很熱情，給我們初來乍到的外鄉人遊玩的好建議。浴巾等衞生用品都是一次性的質量好的物品。唯一缺點是沒有電梯，但是樓梯很好走，輕鬆可上。如果下次再來鳳凰，他家是不二之選！

實話實説，這個酒店位置很好，就在古城對面，和其他酒店共用一個停車場，但你不能因為這個優勢就牛哄哄吧，你也有弱點啊，首先6層酒店沒電梯，我們60多歲的人，一般很少麻煩人，這次住5樓，實在有點高，辦完入住，問前台能不能幫我們拿一下行李，前台的回答居然是“我們是小酒店，沒有專門的行李員”，這是我們走了將近3個月頭一次遇到的這麼回答客人的前台，你還知道你是酒店啊，服務還不如民宿呢，不知道你們老闆平時是不是也這麼培訓你們的，這個服務1分是給樓層阿姨的，我們上到2層，剛好有個阿姨看到了，趕緊説要不要幫忙啊，問幾層，馬上接過來幫我們提到5層，非常感謝這個阿姨，否則就給你0分，再有洗澡水很小，花灑都壞了，到處滋水從，窗外有一蛤蟆坑，又不隔音，可想而知這一宿會怎麼樣。古城很美，但這個酒店的服務沒有給古城增輝。
